Hi, I’m Anaya! My practice centers around the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can breathe, be themselves, and feel deeply understood. I work with children, teens, and families moving through big feelings, identity questions, tough transitions, and the tender work of healing.
My style is gentle, collaborative, and creative. Whether we’re using play, art, storytelling, or quiet conversation, I meet kids and teens right where they are. I help them explore their experiences, make sense of their emotions, and grow into their strengths with confidence, authenticity, and a sense of being truly seen.
An intentional space for big feelings, identity exploration, and authentic growth.

Who I Serve
I support children, teens, and families who are navigating:
• Big feelings and emotional overwhelm
• Identity exploration and self‑discovery
• Life transitions and school stress
• Trauma, grief, and difficult experiences
• Confidence building and resilience
Every young person deserves a space where they feel seen, valued, and understood.

About My Approach
My work is rooted in creativity, connection, and whole‑person wellness. Whether we’re using play, art, storytelling, or gentle conversation, I meet you exactly where you are.
I believe healing grows best in warm, connected spaces — places where kids and teens feel safe enough to explore, express, and rewrite the stories they’ve been carrying.
“To be human is to be a story, still unfolding.”
